We seek a qualified person to fill the Research Associate (RA) position in spatial modeling of wildland fire management operations. This project is aimed at developing the techniques that would be used by federal land management agencies to manage wildland fires across National Parks and/or National Forests. The Research Associate will play a vital role in developing the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) based analytical tools that will be central to the project.
