Knowledge of land development services is desired. *Will be selling primarily to the Ohio market area as well as select areas of Kentucky. Bachelor's Degree in related field required. *Primarily responsible for developing, managing, and guiding all sales activities in applicable area(s), designing and applying the sales strategy and sales plan; overseeing marketing activities for an organization's products and/or services; and developing marketing strategies, evaluating market conditions, etc. *Must have strong computer skills (i.e: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management software). *Takes and supports go/no go decisions on proposals.
