4/21/2008	Business Developer Business Developer Cincinnati -or- Columbus, Ohio *Must have a minimum of 5 years' sales experience, with proven track record with an engineering, architecture or survey firm or experience selling technical products/services. *Experience selling to Industrial and Corporate clients, Real Estate Developers, and Construction Companies. Knowledge of land development services is desired. *Will be selling primarily to the Ohio market area as well as select areas of Kentucky. Bachelor's Degree in related field required. *Primarily responsible for developing, managing, and guiding all sales activities in applicable area(s), designing and applying the sales strategy and sales plan; overseeing marketing activities for an organization's products and/or services; and developing marketing strategies, evaluating market conditions, etc. *Must have strong computer skills (i.e: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management software). *Takes and supports go/no go decisions on proposals.
